The information of John Coomer< no role > John Carter< no role >
and Samuel Stow< no role > Taken before [..] Edward Read< no role >
Esqr. one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the said County who being duly Sworn on
this separate Oath say, [..] st. John Coomer< no role > for
himself saith that between seven and Eight
o clock this Morning being in the House of
John Carter< no role > the sign of the Harrow in Walham green
hesawheard the Prisoner James Tacker< no role > go to a Chest of
Drawers and open one of the Drawers and suspected he was taking
something thereout [..] and saw himand secret Bundleit
under his waistcoat - that he immediately informed
the said Carter with it. who went in and searched
the Prisoner. who pulled the Parcle from under his
waistcoat and threw it down.

and John Carter< no role > for himself saith, that when the
Prisoner went into the Room, he left a Silver Tea
spoon in the window - that he suspected the Prisoner
and went for a Constable - when the Prisoner saw
the Constable he desired to go to the necessary - which
he did and the Constable then searched him but found
nothing -that

Samuel Stew< no role > Constable for himself saith that the
Prisoner went to the necessary before he was searched
that he suspected it might be thrown down the necessary
and immediately went there and saw it among
the Soil and which is now produced
