Who being on Oath saith this afternoon between the hours of Two and three His Mother
told him that a man was gone of the Shop That he pursued and took the person
present who says his name is

who he saw running in Webbelon
Square near that he brought him to his house and or searching him found
the Two pair of Silver Shoe Buckles and two pair of Silver Knee Buckles
now produced his property and of the Value of Thirty nine Shillings - That said
David fell< no role >
on his
Knees and expressed a Wish of having Lenity shown to him

he was going along Graces Alley a man who he only knows by sight gave him
the Buckles produced to carry to the End of Red Lion Street
and he would meet
himFurther says he is very sorry for what ha has said - That the truth
is that he himself took the said Buckles out of the Window in the Shop of the house
of the said John Garrem< no role >
