House a silk Gown, a Gown Skirt, a pair of Stockings, a
silver Table spoon and divers other Articles the property
of her said Husband, And further says that the silk
Gown, the Gown skirt and pair of Stockings now produced
are the property of her said husband and were feloniously

says that the silk

he received in pledge from a Person now present who
