< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the peace in and for the said County

Ann the wife of Jonathan Whiting< no role > at No. 21 Virginia Street St. George Middlesex Bricklayer
on her Oath says The Pointed Cotton Gown Three Linnen Shirts Dimity pettycoat
one Cotton Waistcoat one printed Cotton Stock one Linen Table cloth One Sowel one
Pillow case a Child Shift a Child night cap one old neck hand kerchiefof thenow produced
are her said husband property and of the Value of fifteen Shillings and were this Evening
taken out of her husband Drawers in the Back kitchen of his said dwelling house
further says between the hours of Six and Seven this Evening she was called to by
a Neighbour and went out walking to and fro in the said Street and saw the person
present who says her name is Mary Anderson< no role > come out of her said house who the
Suspected seeing her with a Bundle That she pursued and overtook her in Artichoke lane
near having all the said Articles of Wearing Apparel now produced in her Apron
says she stopt her asking what she wanted at 21 that she the said Mary said she only
knocked at the DoorSayswith the help of Elizabeth [..] she brought her back
to her house and took or saw all the said Articles taken from her
