bought the Brown Coat now produced and Sworn to by
the other Inft. James Demerain< no role > and that his Brother
James Pople< no role > they [..] Men Present agreed to buy the three Coats now
produced and Sworn to for which they Paid thirty
Seven Shillings to the Said James Willaughby< no role > -
& George Zeal< no role >

And this Infts. William Blackerter< no role > for himself saith
that upon Receives Information Rent James
Willaughby< no role > was stengly Suspected of having
Committed the aboveRoberyFelony they saught
for and Apprehended him that when they were
being me him to the Office for Examination he
hold Mere Informants where he had sold the Cloaths
soon after which they went and Cannot them
