The Information of Samuel
Syberry
< no role > and Elizabeth Newton< no role >
taken before me one of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace in
and for the said County

Who being upon their Oaths say and first
this Informant Samuel Syberry< no role > saith that
he lives in Virginia Street Ratcliff highway
that on Monday the 24th. of March instant
he went from his House and left this other
Informt. Elizabeth Newton< no role > at home that
about Eight or Nine o Clock in the Evening he
came home when he found his house had
been burglariously broke and Entered and
One Silver Tankard One Silver Cup One Mug
Two Silver Table Spoons one Soup Spoon one
Pepper Box Twenty two Guineas one half
Guinea in Gold and a large Quantity of
other things his property were feloniously
taken and Carried away therein And this
other Informt. Elizabeth Newton< no role > for
herself saith that she is a Servant to the
other Informt. Samuel Syberry< no role > that about
Seven o Clock in the Evening on Monday
abovementioned she went out of the House and
left it safe fastened that about Eight o Clock
in theshe returned and found her Masters
House had been broke open and robbed
that she saw two Men come out of the Door
with Bundles under their Arms and that
two persons now present who call themselves
