The Complaint and Information

Queen Square Chandler Taken
the 6th: day of January 1787 .

Who upon his oath Saith That about the
hour of Eleven o Clock last night coming down
Oxford Street towards Saint Giles's he stopd
to Make Water at which time a Boy was walking
before him and when this Informant Stop'd
the Boy turned back Came up to him Thrust his
hand in his Coat pocket and feloniously Stole
thereout a paper Snuff Box of the Value of
Two Shillings and ran away with it That this
Informant followed him and Secured him but
upon Searching him the Box was gone and he
has not seen it since. That the Boy says his Name in
Peter Boulter< no role >
