The said William Tutton< no role > for himself saith That
he is a Lawyer and was with Groves at the time
When the Cry of Stop Thief was heard and upon
Seeing Groves run he run after him and saw the
Prisoner on the Dunghill as Stated by Groves and they
were bringing him away when they met the said Mary
Bickerstaff
< no role > who said she bad lost a Red and White
Handkerchief It was then Agreed to take the Prisoner
back to the Dunghill where they found him which
they did and there they found a Red and White Handkerchief
and a Quantity of Salt Butter which Mrs: Bickerstaff
immediately Claimed as her property
