The Information of Elizabeth Taken this 30th. day
of December 1786 before us two of his Majestys Justices of
the pence in and for the said County

Elizabeth Roberts< no role > on her Oath says she is Apprentice to
John Millard< no role > of Pearl Street St. George Middlesex Pastry Cook and That on
Tuesday night last as she was going home with her Mistress and her Little
Boy near upon the Hour of Eleven being in Tawd on field Five Men
caught hold of her Mistress and demanded her Many who answered she
would give all she had if they would Spare her life One of whom
drawed a Knife and immediately she was knocked down and her Clock taken from her That She and
the said Child called out Murder. That Mr. Macarthy came to their
Assistance. They all Run away
