before me this 2nd. day of October 1787
Who being upon Oath Saith that about three o'Clock
in the Morning of Saturday the 15th. day of July last he
met the person now present who calls herself Mary Gray< no role >
in Saffron Hill
That said Mary Gray< no role >
asked this Informants
to go home with her to her Lodgings which was on Saffron
Hill
That Informant went home with her to her Lodging
when he said himself upon the bed and fill asked at which
time he had in his Pocket a Metal Watch three Ivory tooth
pick Cases mounted with Gold two Guineas and a half
and some Silver and this Informant further says that
when to fell asleep as aforesaid there was no other person
in the Room but this Informant and the said Mary Gray< no role >
And this Informant further says that at the time he awoke
which was about five o'Clock the found the said Mary Gray< no role >
had left the Room and the said Watch the
Tooth pick Cases and the Money taken away and is very
Sure the said Mary Gray< no role >
feloniously stole the same
