containing five Prices of cotton
for waistcoats, four dozen of plated
ferrolled Knives and forks, five
dozen of Common Knives and
for the, two dozen and four common
Knives, one carving Knife and
fork and a Table Stable four
dozen of Pen Knives and one
dozen of Pairs of Scissars the
Property of this Informant
That after the said William
Baker
< no role > had taken the said Bundle
from this Informant the immediately
ran of with the same when
the said James Houghton< no role > and
the other Person unknown
came up to this Informant
and prevented him from pursuing
the said William Baker< no role >
And this Informant doth
therefore charge the said James
Houghton
< no role > , William Baker< no role > and
the other Person unknown
with felonioulsy assantting
him in the Kings Necessary in the parish of Saint Files in the fields putting him in fear and
