immediately came and held his hands behind him when the said Poll
randall took from out of his left breeches pocket One Bank Note Value
twenty pounds, One Bank Value fifteen Pounds, and out of his right hand
Pocket a Guinsea in Gold One half Guinea in Gold, and Eleven
Shillings in Silver, and a Silver Watch out of this Trab, and when be found
she was rifling his Pockets cried out [..] dont use Meill, and Immediately
Randall went out of the door and ran down Stains that he Pursued
her without his hat, Shoes to the Sign of the Greenman in Cable Street
aforesaid where he lost Sight of her And further Saith that on the
Tuesday following he heard of Ann Clarke< no role > and Mary Batter< no role > 's being
In Custody and found upon the Neck of Mary Butter his Silk
Hand kerchief and hath been informed that his hat and Shoes are in the
Custody of Robert Dawson< no role > an Officer of East Smithfield

Seconde this Informant Benjamin Allen< no role > , upon his Oath saith he is an
Inhabitant in the house above mentioned where the aforesaid Robbery
was committed, and on the Evening of Saturday the 10th. day of
November Inst. he saw Mary Randall< no role > forcibly throw Joseph Clarke< no role >
upon a Bed in the said house that he heard Clarke say I hope You went
use me ill, that he saw Mary [..] Butter take hold of Clarke's
hands and put then behind him, and saw Mary Randall< no role > Searching of
his Pockets and heard her say she wod. put the Money in the Papers, and
take care of it after which they ran down Stairs and went away. And
Further this deponent saith he saw Ann Clarke< no role > , and Ann Wilson< no role >
in the room with Poll randall< no role > , and Mary Batter< no role > about the time the
Robbery was Committed
