Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said
Susannah Attewell< no role >
for herself says that on Tuesday the
9th. day of October Instant as She was coming from Tottenham
Court Road
she met the Person now present who calls herself
Elizabeth Parry< no role >
who said she would be glad if any one
would employ how as she was just come from the County
and had no Money That this Informant agreed to take
her into her Service and took her home immediately
That on Saturday last about one o'Clock she went out leaving
said Parry alone in her House That she returned about
half on Hour post three o'Clock when she found that said
Parry had run away and up on Examining her Room she
found she had taken away a black Bom bazeen Gown and
Petticoat a black Silk Handkerchief a black mode Cloak
a black mode Hat, a Pain of black Cloth Shoes, a Pair
of black Leather Pumps and two Guinea and a half and
four half Crowner And this Informant further Says that
the Bombazeen Gown the Black Silk Handkerchief and
the Capnow produced by Edward Treadway< no role >
are her
property and were feloniously Stolen in her House as
she Verily believes by the said Elizabeth Parry< no role >
And the
said Edward Treadway< no role >
for himself says that in consequence
of an Advertisement he saw in the Public Advertiser
of Monday last he apprehended the said Parry and that
the Born bazean Gown the Silk Handkerchief and the
Cap now produced by him he found upon her and that
he also found upon her the half Guinea and Shilling
now Produced
