Maketh Oath and Saith That in
Consequance of his having been Served with a Summons by
Mr. Armstrong Sherif's Officer to Attend as a Jury man at
the Justice Hall in the Old Baily
at the Sessions holden
in July last, This Deponent returned the said Summons
the next Morning after he was so Served to the said Mr
Armstrong the Summoning Officer at the same time Acquaintrox
him that it most have been a him take, As he this
Deponent had Actually, And which he new Swoars to be
had, That he Served as a She Juryman at the said
Sessions house at the then last preceeding Sessions
Which being the lase this Deponent conceived that
there was no Occasion for his Attending as a Juryman
at the said last mentioned SessionsSince which this
Deponent has received a Notice from Mr. Shelton that
the penalty of Five pounds has been in flided on him by
reason of his Ton Attendance at the said July Sessions
