Cabnet Maker Taken this Twenty fourth day of
September in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven
Hundred and Eighty seven who on his Oath saith that
on SaturdayEveninglast about half an hour past
seven oClock in the Evening he was in his fathers
Shop Situate in Ratcliff Highway as aforesaidand
sawwhen he missed Looking a Glass which he had a Short
time before seen, in Consequence of which he ran to
the Door and Saw the prisoner (who saith that his
Name is John Lewis< no role > ) with the said Glass under his
Ann that he immediatly ran after him and saw
him the said John Lewis< no role > Drop the same on the ground
that he then persued him and took him into Custody
