Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Samuel
Jones< no role >
for himself says that about six o'Clock this Evening on
receiving Information from his Waiter the said John Kearns< no role >
that the Person now present who calls himself James Larra< no role >
had been busy at his Side Board on the said Lara's going out
he desired said Kearns to pursue him And this Informant
further Says the Silver Tankard now produced is the
Property of this Informant And the said John Kearns< no role >
for
himself Says that about four o'Clock this Afternoon the said
Larra came into his said Masters House That he had stewed
rels and Veal for his dinner in the Coffee Room That about
six o'Clock a Gentleman told this Informant That he believed
that a Gentleman meaning the said Larra had been very
busy about the side board that he had been fumbling about
it and is there was any plate he requested this Informant to
take care of it That this Informant then occasionally
watch'd the said Larra and informed his Master of what
he had heard That upon said Larra's leaving the Room
Informant suspecting that he had something about him
he followed him out That the Prisoner Larra began muning in
the Court and this Informant followed him towards the
Street and when he had got about thirty Yards into the
Street the said Larra's that flow off That he then ran a
few paces further when he threw the Silver Tankard now
produced from him which this Informant picked up That
Informant still continued pursuing the said Larra till
he was secured by the said Joseph Anderson< no role >
And the
said Joseph Anderson< no role >
for himself says that seeing the
said Larra run without his That and pursued by the
Witness
