Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said
Elizabeth Holmes< no role >
for herself says that she has lost
Several Sums of Money at different times and that the
half Guinea now produced was feloniously taken out of
a Drawer in her dwelling House and from the March
thereon she is positive in her Property And the said
Francis Humpage< no role >
for himself says that in consequence
of an Application made to him by the a said Elizabeth
Holmes< no role >
he apprehended the Person now present who
calls herself Eleanor Tough< no role >
and that he found upon
her person the half Guinea now produced.
