Deponent did on or about the third day of November last Enter into
a Recognizance of Forty Pounds so give Evidence against the

And this Deponent saith
that ever since he entered into the said Recognizance he hath
remained on Shew With Intent to give Evidence against the above
Defendant and Expected to have been sent for by the prosecutor to
give Evidence before the grand Jury for the County of Middlesex
upon the Bill of Indictment which hath been preferred by the

against the said Michael Dwyer< no role >
for Felony and
Which has as this Deponent is Informed and Believes been
Returned not found by the said Jury And this Deponent saith
that the Prosecutor well knew and was Accquainted with the
Place where this Deponent was to be found and that if he had
been sent for or knew the since when the other Evidence attended
he this Deponent would have attended and given evidence
before the Grand Jury as he intended so to do
