The Information of Archibald Brison< no role > and
Robert Row< no role > taken on Oath the 28th. day of
September 1787 before me one of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
County

This Informant Archibald Bryson< no role > Saith that
on Wednesday Morning the 26th. day of September
Instant his Dyehouse in Rose Lane in the Parish of
Christ Church was Robbed of Seven pieces of
Everlastings his property which he left hanging on
the Racks to dry in the Evening

This Informant Robert Rowe< no role > Saith That on Wednesday
morning last about five O'Clock he was allarmed with
the noise of his Dogs Upon which he went out into
his Yard and over some pales into a Tenter Ground
adjoining, and as he was getting over he then saw
the Prisoner John Duncombe< no role > running past he
told him to stop immediately he made a stand and
then was going of again he then again bed him stop
and then this Informant got near to him and asked
him what business he had out at that time in the
morning, and seeing some pieces of black Goods
lying Informant then charged him with Robbing
of Mr. Brison which he then acknowledged he had
and said that he had drawn them out of the dry
with a Ladder and a Hook.
