Who being severally upon Oath say
and first this Informant Catherine Turner< no role >
for herself Saith that she lives with
her Annt Catherine Galsworthy< no role > the
Corner of Bird Street in Oxford Street
that about Seven o'Clock on Saturday
Morning last her Annt went out to
Market and left this Informant in her
Apartment and about half an hour
after her Annt was gone out the person
now present who calls himself Thomas
Mason< no role > came into her Annt's Apartments
and immediately serred held her threw
her on a Bed pulled up her Petticoats lay
upon her and soon after un buttened his
Breeches and by force put his private parts
into the Private parts of this Informant
and that during which time this Informant
felt somethingwetcome from him and
on his getting up from her She room into she
next Room and he went away and this
