Square and have been feloniously Stolen therein

Thomas< no role > for himself Says that he Yesterday went into
Said Garrett with Colonel Catheart when he
found the several Boxes therein belonging to his
Father Garrett open and plundered and the window of
Said Garrett open And the said Elizabeth Batchelor< no role >
for herself Says that she is House keeper to said
Colonel Catheart in Charles Street Berkley Square
that she hath lived with him for upwards of twelve
