Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said
George Wilson< no role >
for himself says that Robert Fosgate< no role >
alias
William Jenkins< no role >
now present was his Father's Journeyman
That on Monday last about twelve o'Clock he put into his
Box in a two pair of Stairs Room in his Fathers House
a blue Coat a Plaid Waistcoat a Muslin Pocket Hand kerchief
two Neck Hand kerchiefs two pair of Stockings a pair of Shoes
and a Shirt That about one o'Clock as he was talking with his
Father he observed the said Fosgate alias Jenkins go out
and thinks that he had a bundle under his Arm That in about
half an Hour afterwards he went up into said Room when he
missed all the said Articles which he put into said Box That
he then went in search of said Forgate whom he found at the
Dial in Long Alley
when he ran away and this Informant
secured him And the said Edward Large< no role >
for himself Says
that about one o'Clock on Monday last where this Informant
and Nathaniel Tofer< no role >
his follow Apprentice
came down to
dinner they lost said Fosgate alias Jenkins a lone in the
two pair of Stairs Room in which said Box and Cloaths
were That when they returned up Stairs from their
dinner which was in about half and House the said
Forgate was gone and further Says that first before
they went down to dinner he lent said Forgate a Penny
in order to buy some pudding the said Forgate observing
he had no Money and the said John Wilson< no role >
