Who being severally upon Oath saith

came into this Informants
Shop under pretence of seeing soone
Waistcoat pieces, end nor approving of any
went away, and in about two or three
minutes afterwards came into his Shop again
and purchased Some Needles, and
immediately on the said William Emmett< no role >

leaving his shop he
missed several Remmants of Linsey
and Serge Cloth and followed them and
on his getting up to them serve Bundle

Informant claimed we his property when the
