Who being upon Oath Severally Say and first the said
Edward Eustace< no role >
for himself Says that in the night
between the 26th. and 27th. of January 1786 the Parish
Church of Ealing
was [..] open and three Chesqyman's
Gowns and Silk Scarfe one Crape Scarf, one Silk Hat band
three Surplices three Cumson Curtains, two Napkins
and Table Cloth and a Hat was Stolen therein And the
said William Alley< no role >
for himself Says that he is
occasionally employed by his Father to take care of
the Church of Ealing That sometime towards the letter
end of January 1786 between eight and nine o'Clock in
the Morning he went to the Said Churchwhenhe found
the Vestry Room broke open and a number of things taken
away that the Spite Gunblett now Produced he found
on the Step of the Said Vestry Room door That the Punch
the Flint and the Steel also now produced he found in
the said Vestry Room which said things to delivered
to said Charles Ezard< no role >
and that he is very sure the said
Articles and the same he delivered to Said Ezard as
aforesaid And the Said Charles Ezard< no role >

that the Spike gimblett the Punch, the Flint and the
Street now produced were delivered to him in the
Vestry Room of the said Church of Ealing
ley the said

and that the same have been in
his Possession ever since.
