Middlesex to wit


The Information of mary Mc Manus< no role >
taken before me one of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace in and for
the said County

Who being upon Oath [..] saith that she
keeps the Sign of the Sun and Sword (a Public
House) in Rosemary Lane that on the 23d of
September instant she went to bed about
a Quarter of an hour before Twelve o'Clock
last night and had all the Windows and doors
of her said Dwelling house securely fastned
that about a quarter before Six this Morning
when her Servants got up to open the
House then alarmed this Informt. that her
House had been burglariously broken open
and Entered and one pair of Gold Seales and
weights Six China Bowls about five pound
in Half pence one half Gallon of Room one
brass pocket piece one pair of Shoes a small
Box and a Quantity of Tobacco had been
feloniously taken and Carried away therein
And that the Gold Seals and weights pieces
of China Bowls a brass pocket & the paper
with Tobacco now produced found in the
possession of four persons now present
who calls themselves, James Thompson< no role >
Thomas Cozier< no role > Mary Molding< no role > and Mary
Mc. Carty
< no role > are this Informt. property and are
part of what was Stole at the time of
the said being Cary and felony
