Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said
William Keale< no role >
for himself saith that he caused to he
packed in a Box directed to the Reverend
Mr. Mouton
Cranford< no role >
a Tea Urn and a Knife Fray which he such
by a Porter to the Saracens Head Inn
on Snow Hile
and that the Box containing the Tea Urn and Knife
Tray is the Same he sent to the Saracens Head Inn
as aforesaid And the said James Thatcher< no role >
for himself Says
that in Saturday Morning he stopt in Long Acre
with a Cart
loaded with Goods and went into a Shop to get the direction
on a Letter read [..] which time he saw the Person now present
who calls himself James Smith< no role >
remove the Box containing
the Tea Urn and Knife Tray now produced from the hinder
to the fore part of his said Cart And this Informant further
Says he verily believer the said Smith removed the said
Box with a felonious intent to steal the same
