of his being robbed as aforesaid he waited on the
Turnham Green Road till near one Clock this
Morning when the Person now present who
calls himself Thomas Alger< no role > mounted on
Horseback came up to this Informant That Suspecting him to be the
Person who robbed Mr. Attree as aforesaid
he took him into custody That upon searching
him he found upon him the Watch and the
Purse containing the half Crown and Shilling
now produced by him this Informant And
the said Joseph Attree< no role > for himself further
Says that the said Watch now produced by the
said Thomas Dyer< no role > is the same Watch that was
taken from him at the time he was robbed as
aforesaid And, the said Ann Attree< no role > for herself
further says that the Purse now produced
by the said Thomas Dyer< no role > is the same Purse
She was robbed of as aforesaid.
