That upon this direction to the Constable by this
Informant the Wife of the said Morris the
Prisoner came forward and said Yes tin I will
till the tenth there are two Notes which the B [..]
left here and I will give these to you adding that my Husband
was frightened at your coming so sudden which
made him dury it upon which this Informant
desired how to give him the said Notes that
according she knelt down to a small Box
in the said Room took on the two Notes now
produced and delivered them to this Informant
[..]

And this Informant further says that
upon the delivery of the said Notes by the
Prisoners Wife the said Morris requested that
Have might be shown to him and that he
might not be taken before a Justice
