Spitalfield Butcher taken this 80th day of May 1787
Who being on Oath says on Saturday night last he
went with the Woman present who says her Name is
Charlotte Partridge< no role > into a house in George Yard Whitechapel
to amuse himself with her that soon after Mary Barnes< no role >
and George Norris< no role > [..] who were in said House
and [..] when he wanted to go away-stopt him at the Door
took his Basket in which he had Four Joints of Lamb
an Iron Chopper, now produced Stall Cloth Silk Handkerchief now
produced which he knows by its being chafed near
OneTwo Corners of the same Value Fifteen Shillings and Four Shillings in Silver
that he cannot say which of them took either the Basket
and its Contents Handkerchief or Money They all three
Hustling him as he came to the Door wanting to go out
at which [..] time they pushed him up against the door
and bruized his side he endeavouring to save his Goods
and mony and after they had taken said Goods and Money they
forced him out of the said House

last about the hour of Eight Elizabeth Toovey< no role > brought
the Handkerchief produced to her to Pawn in the Name
of Mary Barnes< no role > for Eighteen pence which sum the paid
her

Elizabeth Toovey< no role > on her Oath says on Sunday Morning
last between the hours of Seven and Eight Mary Barnes< no role > gave her the Handkerchief produced
to pawn which she did with Eunice Thake< no role > for Eighteen
pence which sum she paid Barnes in her own Room in
George Yard where she was when given to her this Informant
