in Order to Make his Escape that he was taken
into Custody andtakento the Watchhouse
and he is sure the Prisoner in the same prison
whom he first saw on the Building and who
carried away a Quantity of Lead

The said Robert Burton< no role > on his Examination saith
that he lodges at Mr. Mumpfords a Lodging House in
Wentworth Street that onSaturdayFriday Night last
he went to Shadwell Dock to see a Young fellow
who has a Night Watch there That he returned
about two o'Clock in the Morning and went
into an Open Gateway in Catherine Wheel Alley to make Water and
on Coming out was Stopped by the Watchman
and two Men now present and accused with Stealing Lead
which he says he knows nothing off nor did
he Steal Any there that Night
