The Information of James Hague< no role > No. 32 Dean Street in the
Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the said Countyand
John Charley< no role > No. 32 Derby Street in the Parish of St. Botolph without
Aldgate aforesaid Milkmen and George Gray< no role > of the half way House Gardens in the Parish of St. Dunstan Stepney Garden Taken before us two of his Majesty's Justices
of the peace in and for the said County.

James Hague< no role > on his Oath says on the Kings Birthday last past between the
Hours of Three and Four in the Morning as he and John Shasley< no role > were going in the great
foot Path leading from Connon Street Road towards Stepney he saw the person present who
says his Name is Thomas Riley< no role > pushing something through the Rails of Mr. Battys Garden
which bounds said Path and throw the Tea Kettle produced over said Rails-Says he got
over the Rails went to the place where he saw said Riley throw [..] the Kettle over where he
found said Kettle and pieces of Lead-That he pursued the said Thomas Riley< no role > who made his
EscapeJohn Skasley< no role > on his Oath says he was with James Hague< no role > as aforesaid and is certain that Thomas Riley< no role > in
the man who he saw know the said Kettle over the Rails as aforesaid

George Greig< no role > on his Oath says That Tea Kettle produced in his Property and was taken out of his
House situate in Half way house Gardens Mile End Old Town in the night of the third or morning of
the 4th: of June last when his said house was broke open and that he believes the pieces of Lead on his
property and were round a Copper which was taken away at the same time and place
