Anderson

in His Majesty's behalf
touching a felony committed
by Elizabeth Smith< no role > alias
Carr< no role > and Thomas a Black
Man taken before us two
of His Majesty's Justices of
the peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath Saith that
between and one o'Clock on Saturday Night last this
Informant in Company with the person
now present who calls herself Elizabeth
Smith
< no role > met a Gentleman in Grays
Inn Lane when this Informant and
the said Elizabeth Smith< no role > agreed to take
his to the Apartments of the said Elizabeth

Turnmill Street where the person now
present who calls himself Thomas was
waiting that this Informant and The said
Elizabeth Smith< no role > went into the Room with
the Gentleman and Thomas had himself
on the outside of the Door and [..]
after they had Continued about a hour
in the Room they Robbed him of a Metal
