London Surgeon Maketh Oath and Saith, that
He wardenre'd by Mr Greenland of West Smith field
worth whom Griffin Thomas< no role > lived as Servant ) to
examine the Situation of the deced, Street Dept
went accordingly on Friday the 27th. April about
Noon and saw the deced at his [..] Don either
loading or unloading his Horne, that He went in,
and Deponent examined Him when the deced
told Dept his Jaw had been put out but Mr.
Oldroyd had set it, but Dept. seeing the Middle
this Cheek much swelled kept thought there
was a Fracture, butcouldthe deced could not open
his Month enough to have it examined, that Dept
asked the deced whether He had any other
Hart, to which He replied no, Dept told the deced
it was Mr Green land's Request to have it made up
and that if He the deced would call upon Mr.
Greenland, He would settle it, which He promised
to do, and in the Afternoon of that Day, the deced
called upon Deponent and said He had been
at Mr. Greenlands but that neither Hinson
his Partner were at Home, when he promised
that if Mr Greenland wod. call upon Mr. Hall He
would leave it to Him to settle, and that He did not
want to make there payments and the deced's
Wife declared Her Denre that it should be made up
That this Deponent did not see Him any more, and
from the Deponent's Observations Levery Appearance at the
time Deponent saw the deced, He did not entertain or see any
