Her Charge against the shortest Man for
assaulting Her That they were both committed
noupon there Charges Deponent beleives That
the deceaceds Face was much swelled [..]
Day and his right dye heat Black That He
staid at went to the Magistrate's in the Afternoon
and returned Home very soon but Deponent can't
tell whether He stead at Home the rest of the
Afternoon EveningThat He went out a little Time
on the Friday Morning, and for sometime in the
Afternoon but Deponent cannot say how long
That He complained of great Pain all Friday
that He rubbed his Face with the Application from
the Surgeon both Thursday and FridayThat on
Saturday He appeared much easier, and was
backwards and forwards in and out of Doors
occasionallyThat He could only eat spoon
Victuals, from the Wednesday NightThat on
Saturday Night He was taken much worse, and
complained greatly of His Head and Jaw, and
from that time grew worse [..] till the
time of his Death, which happened about ten
oClock at Night ofFridayThursday the third day of May
Instant except that on the Monday Morning
He appeared some what better for a little time
