sent Him the Medicines a greatly to such
Prescription and saw Him again in the
Afternoon when Dept. was informed the deced
had taken the Bandage from his Jaw two or
three times that afternoon, anand the deced
then appeared to be getting very peverish, and
rather delirious That Deponent saw Him
again on the Wednesday Morning, between six
and seven oClock and was imprisoned He had been
ven deliriously Night and had to be the
Bandage off his Jaw and the deced was at
that time very delirious and would at let the
Deponent put the Bandage or again That
Dept was informed Dr Smith was expected
that Morning, and desired that nothing further
should be done till He cameThat about twelve
oClock at Noon on that Day the deced's Mother
came to inform Dept. He need not see the deced
any more a Mr Hall having taken Him to
another Surgeon and therefore Dept did not
see Him again while aliveThat from the
Observations this Deponent has been able to
make on the Progress of the Disorder of the
deced He cannot say whether his Death was
occasioned by the Fracture of his Jaw or the
Implamation in his Side
