drinking together after which the said other Persons
went away leaving the said Colin Lennox< no role > behind them
that the said Collin Lennox laid his head down in one
of the Boxes and either was or pretended to be asleep
that about Six oClock in the Evening, this Informant
observ'd the said Collin Lennox< no role > was gone out of the Tap
Room and continued absent for about an hour when
this Informant saw the said Collin Lennox coming
down the last Hight of Stairs from the first floor in
the said House but not then knowing or suspecting
anything of his loss took no noise of it only observ'd
tha the said Collin Lennox went away out of the back
down that about Nine o'Clock same Evening and not
before this Informant again saw the said Collin
Lennox in his Tap Room were he staid some time
and then went away this Informant further saith
that on the Tuesday after he had misse'd his money
he met with the said Collin Lennox, and asked him
if he had been up Stairs to and of his Lodgers on the
Monday Evening or if he knew any of them, when
the said Collin Lennox declard he knew nine of the
Lodgers and upon being charg'd by this Informant
upon Suspicion of the Robberypositively desired that
said he did not know that he had been up stairs
at all And this Informant further sayeth that
from the Informations of the other Informant, Ann
Cotrell< no role > and Jane Ogan< no role > This name instance is in set 229527960. , [..] as to the time when
they saw the said Collin Lennox upon the Stairs
and the time when this Informant saw him coming
dawn the last Flight thereof, it clearly appears to this
Informant that there was the Space of about half
an hour during which time this Informant does
suspect and verily believes the said Collin Lennox
did feloniously take and Corey away the said several
Bank Note and Money abovementioned
