to be the person who Stands indicted

of Tallow Bridge in the County of
Waterford for the traiterous and
felonious Killing and Murder of the said
John Connelly< no role >

And this Informant Francis
Doyle< no role > for himself Saith That at the
time the Person now Present who
calls himself Michael Splahan
alias Conway was first committed
to New prison he this Informant
was a Fine in the said Prison for
a Misdemeanor And this Informant
further Saith that on the 29th. day
of March last being the day after the
said Michael Splahan alias Conway
was committed to the said Goal he
had a conversation with the said
Michael Splahan alias Conway
when he confessed to this Informant
