Wife , Rebecca Warren< no role > ,& Ann Bullmore< no role > their Apprentice Who severally
on their Oaths sayAnd first the said James Straffonched
saith that He did let to John Fincham< no role > an Apartment in his
Houp in Bow Street Covent Garden , and that He was informed the
said John Fincham< no role > was sent to the Fleet Prison , not with standing
which He continuedashis Tenant in the sd Apartment, for the
conveniency of his Wife & Family, and this Deponent further saith
He always looked on John Fencham< no role > as his Tenant & no other Person
whateverAnd this Deponent & his Wife Ester severally say
that they saw William Fincham< no role > in their House on Monday the 7th last but they could not tell
by what means He got entrance but theyverity believethink it was by
the Key of the Street Door whichbeleif isopinion strenghned, by the said
Key having been missing for about a Week, at wa time the said
John [..] Fincham, was in the House, & then took several Pieces of furniture
awayAnd these Deponents further severally say that on Monday the
seventh Instant they saw & was withIs William Fincham< no role > in the sd
Apartments, and in about half an Hour after theyHesaw the sd Wm Fincham< no role >
move the Goods out of the sd AppartmentAnd Ann Bullmon< no role > for
herself saith, that she saw William Fincham< no role > at the Door of John Fincham< no role > s
Apartment with a bunch of Keys attempting [..] to open the Look of
John Finchams Apartment which this Deponent went to tell Mrs Streffenepponher Mistress, & thin
went again up stairs, & William Fincham< no role > had opened the Door of
the sd Apartment and further these deponent say not
