Westgarth And lastly this Informant John Philipot< no role > says he is
an Officer in his Majesty's Revenue of Excise and was on his Duty
on board the said Ship Calais Packet on the night mentioned
by the two last named Informants Luke Smith< no role > attend William
Westgarth< no role > that he this Informant had the first Watch that it
was between Twelve and one o'Clock at Night and that the
whole of the Circumstances abovementioned in strictly
true and that he strongly suspects and verily believes that
two persons now present who call themselves John
Anderson< no role > and James Cunningham< no role > are those who feloniously
(on board the said Ship) and Robbed him of Sixpence in Silver
and Two pence in Copper the Monies & property of this
Informant John Philpot< no role >
