Who being on Oath Say and first Nathaniel
Beckley< no role > for Himself says that He is Servant to James
Men [..] Esqr : of Parliament Street Westmr. that his Mor [..]
[..] between the Hours of Eleven and Twelve being in the
Ter [..] Hall before Stairs Saw a Woman now present which
calls Himself Marry Henders< no role > and coming out of the Pantry
that Two [..] ting She had Stolen Same thing He Searched Her and
Saw some Sea Thoons in [..] Breast between her Stays Shift
which She immediately Threw on the Stones in the Yard crying
out of he had not got them

is Butler to James Mayrick< no role > Esqr . aforesaid that this
Morning Bolet Eleven o'Clock He put four Liborer tea Sp [..]

the said Marry Henderson in the Sevants Hall about Half on
Hour after and heard his Fellow Servant charge Her Smith
Steating Some thing that He went into the Pantry to
See what was Missing and could not find the above
mentioned from tea Spoons now food need which are the
Property of his said Master as [..] led to his Care
