Saith
That on Monday the 30th of
April last she came from the Fleet Prison
to Mr Siraffonschons No 8
Bow Street
Covent Garden
in whose House her Husband reated
an Apartment, & was informed that her Brother in Law William
Fincham< no role >
, had that Day moved away several Articles of Household
Furniture the property of her Husband John Fincham< no role >
,And
this Deponent further saith that for the securing the remainder
of her Husbands Effects left on the premises, she went and bought
a Padlock & had the Door of her Husband apartment, fastened well
the same, & took the Key away with herAnd this Deponent
further saith that on Teusday the 8th of May, she was told, by
Rebecca Warren< no role >
a Servant Maid of hers, that her Husband Apartmt
ofon which she had put the Padlock was broke open, & the Goods
were taken awayAnd further this Deponent saith not
