the Prisoner or to prevent the due course of [..] Justice nor from

happened verily from his being obliged to attend at the Session
House aforesaid in pursuance of the said Subpana as before dated
And this Deponent further saith that he believes his Testimony could

Custody when she was first charged with the felony aforesaid
