The King agt. Benjamin Mc. Coull< no role > & George Brace< no role >
On the Prosecution of Fleming & others. For a Felony

Benjamin Mc. Coull late of Hyde Street Bloomsbury in the County
of Middlesex Mariner but now in the Custody of the Keeper of his
Majestys Goal of Newgate for the said County Standing Indicted for a
FelonyMaketh Oath and Saith that Catherine Casey< no role > the Wife
of William Casey< no role > of Great Bath Street in the County aforesaid was
present at the time of the felony hethestands charged with is supposed
to have been committedAnd this Deponent saith that he caused
a Subpena to be made out and directed to the said Catherine Casey< no role >
to attend at the Commission of Eyer and Terminer to be held at
Justice Hall in the Old Bailey this Present Sessions. And this
Deponent Saith that Mr: John Howson< no role > of Grays Buildings Kingsland
Read in the said County Gentleman received from this Deponent the
Direction from him to her house or apartment as abovementioned

And this Deponent further saith that without the Evidence of
the said Catherine Casey< no role > which most materially Concerns himself
He this Deponent cannot with safety come to Trial
