Who being upon Oath say and first the said Warren
Tippen< no role >
saith that on Friday the 28th day of April last about 9
o Clock in the Evening he left a Drab colourd Box Coat behind
the Door in the Stable belonging to his said Master - that when
he returned to said Stable on the Saturday Morning following
he found the said Coat gonethat having some reason to suspect
a Person now Present who calls himself John Jackson< no role >
he caus'd
him to be apprehended when said Jackson confessd that he had
taken said Coat - that he Sold it to one John Smith< no role >
a Salesman
in Monmouth Street
for 16 Shillings - that in Consequence of this
Confession this Informant applied to said John Smith< no role >
and found
said great Coat now producedthe said Edward Williams< no role >
saith
that on Thursday Night last he left a blue Box Coat in said
Stable - that on his return to said Stable Yesterday Morning he
found said Coat gonethat when said John Jackson< no role >
was
Apprehended he Confessed to this Informant that he had taken
said Box Coat and conceald it in on out House in the
Edgeware road
to which place he went with said Jackson
and there found the said Coat now producedAnd the said
