One of His Majesty's Justices the Peace
in and
for the said County this 17th. day of May 1786
This Information upon his Oath saith that in the
night of Saturday the 13th. day of May instant or early
on the Sunday Morning his Work Shop situate in Gee
Street
in the Parish of Saint Luke
in the said County was
broke open and a quantity of Smith's fools a pair of
Copper Scales and several other things were Feloniously
Stolen and carried away this Information property
And this Information further on his Oath saith that he doth
Suspect and verily believe that [..]

did Feloniously [..] break open this Informant said
Shop and Feloniously Steal the said Smith's Fools
and other things as aforesaid the said Fools Etc -
being found in their possessiona Necessary into which
