Who being on Oath say and frist the said
Thos. Mark< no role >
says that on Monday last the
17th last One Abraham Brett< no role >
Servant
to the said James Crabb< no role >
came to this
Informant and told him that his [..]
[..] Mistress desired he
would let her have ten Pounds that his
Master was gone out and had forgot to
have her a Draft, and that he this
Informant gane said Brett a ten pounds
Bank Bell. That he has been since
informed and verily believes that said
Brett was not sent by Mrs. Crabb to
him for said £10 and that he has
since left Mr Crabb's Service and has
applied said Money to his Own Use.
And said James Crabb< no role >
for himself says
that said Brett left this Service at about
four o' Clock on Monday last without
giving any Notice of his Intention so to do and
took away with him two Suits of Livery
and had not been in his Service more
than 10 Weeks

is a about 24 years of Age 5 fr. 10 In highwears his Hair
(which is Clark) Cases on his Shoulderwalks Acotewardlyborn at
Knampton
in Dorsetshire
