taken before me one of his Majestys
Justices of the peace
in and for the said
County
Who being upon Oath saith that on Friday night the
26th. of May instant being at the House of Mr. Browns
a Public house in Wapping
a Person now present
who calls herself Ann Morgan< no role >
accosted him and
asked him to go with her which he Accordingly did
and she took him to a House in Slough Alley
Wapping
where he agreed to sleep with her that
he undressed himself and got into Bed no person
being present in the said Room but the aforesaid
Ann Morgan< no role >
that as soon as he was layed down
in the Bed he saw the said Ann Morgan< no role >
take
his Breeches in the Pocket of which was Two
Guineas in Gold and carry them to the Door of the said Room
and some other Person received them from her
that he Immediatly jumped out of Bed with In [..]
to take his Breeches from her but she stood against
the Door and hundred him upon which he made a great
noise and sware he woud have his property
given to him again Immediatly that he might
Leave the House and go home to his Lodgings
upon which his Breeches was throwed into the
Room upon the Bed but upon searching the
Pickets [..] where the two Guineas was he found
the said Monies had been feloniously taken and
carried away And this Information further upon his
Oath saith that he is position he had the said Two
Guineas safe in his pocketandwhen he was in the
said Room and he never was in Company with no
other person but the said Ann Morgan< no role >
