of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and
for the said County this 17th. day of May 1786
This Informant upon his Oath saith that on Sunday
[..] the 14th. day of May instant at about the hour of
Six of the Clock in the Morning He went into a necessary
in Chequer Alley
White Cross Street
in the Parish of St. Luke
in the said County. which necessary belongs to a Public
House in which this Informant Lodges that he there
went to Sleep and in a little time after was awakened
by the Noise of a Bag with a quantity of Smiths Tools-
and others things being thrown into the said necessary
And this Informant then saw the Prisoners William Day< no role >
William Williams< no role >
and George Lambert< no role >
and upon
this Informants asking them where they had got the
said bag and Tools they answered him that they
had found it and was going to sell it This
Informant then desired them to take it away and
not leave it there which they did and he this
Informant went to sleep again and on his awaking
found that the bag & Tools was again brought back
and a man in the Necessary who told this Informant
he must go with him
