John Tate< no role > say she Lodges at Mr. Evans's in Rose
and Crown Court in the front Garrett over Simpson's
Room That Friday Morning last between Three and
four o Clock Informant heard Mrs Evans Cry out u For
God's sake Mr and Mrs Tate come down That
Informant immediately went down in his Shift and
saw the deceased sitting on the side of the Bed in her
Shift with the Blood flowing down from her Nose very
copiusly That as she sat on the Bed side she said
several times in a Camentable Tone "Oh I am Murdered''
by that times Informant wife came down That
Simpson stood between the Bed and the Door and looked
with all the Symptoms of Insainty but said not a
Edwd That this Informant them return and left his
wife in the Room
