at first Denier but when taken before the Justice confessed ard
that he had sold the same to one Israel in cable Street
in the
Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel
in the County of Middlesex
on this Confession the Horse of Israel was searched and Ham
was found in a Chest after several times Denying it Israel
was Carryd befor Mr. Smith at the Public Office in East
Smith field
where he was admitted to Bail the Indictment
sets forth both the Principal and Receiver to have committed
the facts in Middlesex
altho, no property stole by Gluin
in the County of Surry was found on him in Middlesex
